Hi Neil: just wanted to pass along a quick note of thanks for the excellent service and attention we received earlier in the month. Its unfortunately becoming rare to find people and companies who really seem to enjoy solving problems for other folks and go farther than is required. Please pass along my thanks to everyone in the service department.
As you may remember our family was on the way to Europe for a vacation when we limped into your service dept. Still can't believe how well we were treated and how you put our situation at the beginning of what I am sure was a very long list. Your kind efforts solved a major problem for us and allowed us to fly off knowing all would be well upon our return.
My wife Cindy and I are foster parents for CAS and the story includes 4 kids who all have special needs getting to board the plane for a trip of a lifetime on time. Not a small consideration. You didn't just help a customer, you folks made a huge difference in some very real ways.

"how impressed I am"
I wanted to send you a quick note to say how impressed I am with your service department.
About 30 minutes ago I pulled into the parking lot at my office. I have a 2007 CTS. I went into the parking spot and when I put the car in park I could not remove the key despite repeated attempts. I was still able to drive and took the car to your dealership. On the way I noticed the speedometer was not working. For the next 4 minutes I was thinking of the worst. Will it be $500 or $100? Plus I will have to rent a car, how will I make my 3:30pm meeting etc.
When I pulled into your dealership I met Neil a service advisor. He said "we don't work with Cadillac but let me have someone take a look". Despite being obviously busy he called Kevin, the shop foreman to take a look. After a brief look Kevin was not sure what the problem was. However he went back and asked someone who was familiar with the vehicle. All it took was to "un hook" the battery and "re-hook" it back. The problem was solved. All within about 8 minutes.
WOW, is all I can say. I am in the service industry working for one of the largest hotel companies in the world. I personally have 11 hotels reporting to me. Your 2 "guys" define the word service. I will use this encounter as an example to my hotels.

Sorry for getting back to you late.
Thank you for the letter, the reason I come back to Addison is because of your staff and service.
The sales staff starting with Glenn and John, leave nothing to be desired, Glenn looks after us with the up most care and Interest.
The follow up on the sale of the vehicle is important and Glenn (John) have both looked after us after the purchase of the Verano and the other vehicles.
Your service rep Susan Shier is great, she has looked after us for years and she knows her stuff, she listens to your concerns/problems and then acts on them with the upmost professionalism.
That is the key, looking after the customer once the vehicle is sold. Danno in the parts department is also great, and deserves a mention as does all your staff.
All in all, you have a great team, as the old saying goes; they are worth their weight in gold, they make you feel like family, and that is important, you're not just a number.
I am proud to have the Addison name on the back of the car.

It was a no-nonsense purchase experience. I had only purchased my used Enclave a year ago but saw an ad for a rebate promotion ads and decided to examine a new purchase. I figured the odds at less than 50% of doing a deal and was expecting to have a quick look and walk away. I was clear with Tim that I was just kicking tires to see if the math would make sense and was not interested in haggling.
